TERMS.
The following Terms and Conditions represent the basis upon which driving tuition is offered to you by Anston School Of Motoring.
Anston School Of Motoring will design a course of Driving Lessons to suit your requirements which will prepare you for your Driving Test and beyond.
Your tuition will be on a one to one basis, and no other pupil will be in the car. Anston School Of Motoring does not allow 'Piggy Backing'.
You will follow a Rapid Pass training system.
Your Driving Instructor will advise you when to book your Driving Test depending on your ability and test waiting times.
You will receive a full hours tuition on every lesson.
All payments to be made to the instructor.
Yout Instructor cannot be responsible for tests postponed by the DSA, or tests postponed as a result of ilness, or mechanical breakdown or availability of tuition vehicle.
Anston School Of Motoring will provide you with a clean, modern car fitted with dual control pedals and will be kept in a safe, roadworthy and legal condition.
24 hours notification is required for cancellations, otherwise we reserve the right to charge full fee for the cancelled lesson.
An agreed deposit to be paid when booking an Intensive Course. 10 days notice is required for cancellation otherwise fee will not be returned. Balance of fees to be paid on first lesson of course.
Any monies owed must be paid in full prior to taking Driving Test. Non payment of monies owed may result in refusal to take pupils on Driving Test,
Block Booking fees are non refundable. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances or if the instructor is unable to provide the service originally booked by the pupil. This does not affect your rights to be provided with the goods or sevices you have bought.
Your Instructor will make every effort to be prompt, but allow 15 minutes leeway.
Free lesson on 17th birthday applies to Block Bookings only.
All clients must satisfy the Driving Instructor that their eyesight is up to the required standard. You must be able to read a standard vehicle number plate from a distance of 20.5 metres or 20 metres in the case of a new style number plate (post September 2001).
All clients must be in possession of a current provisional, full or other UK driving licence entitling them to drive the training vehicle.
